WOERMANN BROCK, a leading Namibian Retail Group, has a Regional Administrative Supervisor position available for our mid North Regions (‘Otjiwarongo, Otavi, ‘Tsumeb, ‘Grootfontein and ‘Nkurenkuru). Primary Purpose of the Job


To manage all administrative and human resources function in the shops pertaining to receiving of stock, claims processing of data, cash management and banking, staff scheduling and maintenance, scheduling staff, stock taking, stock investigation, drafting and submission of details of action plan to manager and all point of sale transactions intrusions.


Key Performance Area

The Regional Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the following functions as per policy and set standards: Staff Supervision, Receiving, Cash and Point of Sale, Claims, Stock Control, Risk Control, Analysis and Reporting, Sales Promotion, Human Resources, Asset Management, Employment Relations, Health, Safety and Environment


Job Requirements

Grade 12 with mathematics and accounting

A relevant Business Management Qualification will be an added advantage

Admin Supervisory experience in retail or similar working environment of at least 3 years or more

Proactive, results driven and self-starter with a strong focus on customer service excellence

Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ethical with a healthy self-concept

Willing and able to train and develop people

Be empathetic and able to influence others positively
