Hi dear colleagues,

Just to clarify regarding the Media Release from the President.

WB Supermarkets is an essential business to the people of Namibia and will thus not close any stores at this point in time. We will endevour to serve our fellow Namibians to the best of our ability so that we can get through these challenging times together.

We will send out communication on how to manage the shifts and movement of personnel in order to minimise the risk for your as well as our customers by tomorrow.

Internal communication will also be posted under the F6 Function on the system - please update yourself and your fellow employees regularly.

Let's support and assist each other as a team.

Please keep to all hygiene standards and sanitise all equipment, such as tills, counters and trolleys, frequently and ensure that our customers are served as quickly as possible.

For the time being all month-end stock takes are cancelled, however, you should focus on the daily and catalogue counts.

Please keep all personnel updated.
